Outlook 03, hotmail via proxy

I am trying to setup Outlook 03 to access my hotmail account like I do at home however in work I am behind a proxy.

When Outlook tries to connect to the hotmail account it is using my hotmail logon details with the proxy and failing, how do I get Outlook to use my proxy account like IE does and still retain the hotmail logon details?
