WE CUT AND PASTE 99%
OF E-MAILS INTO A JOB FOLDER IN THE PUBLIC AREA.

APPARENTLY IF THE PERSON CUTTING & PASTING HAS
RECEIVED THE E-MAIL AS A FORWARDED ITEM, WHEN IT
IS SAVED IN THE PUBLIC JOB FOLDER IT CAN NOT BE OPENED.

any help appreciated.
