Outgoing SIP Number 1

Hi All

Using SIP Trunk on IPO500, v.0.10, incoming call on SIP line works fine but outgoing failing on provider side. The SIP trace looks fine on my side but the trace from the operator shows that we are sending an extra 00 at the start of the number. Call is being recognised as international and fails because not enough digits to be a valid number.

Short code is

086N"@Provider Name"

so that calls beginning with 086 route via SIP and remove the Provider name from dialling pattern.

I am thinking along something to do with IP Office location and dialling rules?

so when i dial a number beginning with 086 it routes using SIP putting 086xxxxxxxx@sip provider without sending the @privider name into the dialled digits.

Hi All,
I have the similar problem (SIP trunk on IPO500 4.0(10)),
when I dial number by sip shortcode (012N, dial, 012N@"provider name") IPO puts in "+" sign before dialed number (I trace it by etheral).
Is anybody know some short code string to delete it?

change your short code szacall. that is where the problem is. sip does not recodnize the symbos you would normally use with isdn.

again you have @" where it should be "@.

That is the problem.

short code should be strictly on the form:

012"@sip.itc.energis.pl"

and now it's working
