I am having a strange problem with one of my users. They are set up to be called by audix on there mobile if they get a audix voicemail, this works fine before 5pm, if they recive a voicemail after 5pm they are not notified until the next morning, any ideas?

In Audix they are setup for office hours (defined in Audix)
Change outcalling to anytime.

You have two places to check for this one. In Audix on the System-Parameters Outcalling page you can setup the time limits for outcalling to be active. Then each subscriber can either accept these default times or set their own limits. Their limits cannot be outside the system limits though.
So if you check the system page and the cutoff time is 5pm you have found the limit you are looking for. If this time is later than 5pm, the subscriber has set it for 5pm in their mail box setup. This setting can be changed by selecting choice 6 in the subscriber mail box.

One caution on using Anytime as YIMMER suggested above. You can run up some overcharges on your pagers and cell phones with outcalling setup this way. Most pager companies start charging you extra after so many pages a month. If your users are like mine, they never turn off outcalling when they go on vacation or just decide they are not going to answer the pages until later and let Audix keep outcalling them.

I got the user to change the time in his mailbox. thanks for your help.
