Outcalling User Setup

I have a G3R with an Audix system. Is there a way to status how a subscriber has his outcalling set up? Can I look to see what exact string he has programmed himself? His outcalling isn't working, and since he's the only outcalling user, I'm not up on troubleshooting outcalling.
 
I am not sure if there is a way to view the dialing string from the administration software or not. When I have had problems, I would have the user conference me in as they dialed into the mailbox to check the user portion of the outcalling setup. It's been my experience that the most common issues are setting the incorrect outcalling time options or including unnecessary digits (such as an area code) in the dialing string.
 
Message Manager is the only way to "see" the digits in the outcalling setup. It's makes it a lot easier to deal and setup.

As the Administrator, I have Message Manager on my PC, but the user does not. Am I able to view his string setup from my PC?
 
You are if you have his password and enable his extension for imapi permissions.
