Outcalling on an IA770

I'm having a bit of trouble getting outcalling on a newly installed S8300 with an IA770 to work. I've done these thus far:

-Created a separate COS for outcalling in the IA770

-Enabled the outcalling feature on the user's Audix profile and gave the user the outcalling COS

-Created an analog member in the Audix hunt group; the analog member has the same COR and COS as a local user

I still can't get the thing to work. What am I missing?

have you setup the outcalling number and times in the audix menu?

option 6 in main menu

The users are using Message Manager to do this. They were using this before we upgraded an EPN to an S8300/G700.
