I have given the Call Pilot DN access to the PRI (Bloc B).
I can set a path to transfer to an outside number by choosing Line - 061 or Pool - 1.
How can I set the path to transfer to an outside number through the PRI?

I think my problem is just semantics...
I tried Route - 001 (which is the route that uses Bloc B) and it gives an error message that says "The line/pool number cannot be used unless a line/pool is being used"
I tried Pool - B and it says it needs a Pool between 1-15 (i.e. A-O as defined by the BCM)

So the real question is:
How does the Call Pilot define "Bloc B"?

Thanks.

AH!
under "outdial method" dropdown you select "route" - then in the next box don't put anything.

That's where I was getting stuck. It chooses the route based on the destination code you use, of course. (in this case 9+N and it works perfectly)

Thanks!
