Im trying to get my head around CMS at the moment, (not my bag but im getting there).
Ive been asked to provide a report that shows an agent groups time spent on outbound calls per day, per agent and in realtime (or upto the last 30 mins or data refresh).
We have 10 agents that spend all day making outbound calls, they each login to thier phones with unique ID's. The manager wants to see how long they are on outbound calls at anytime during the day so a bit like an interval report, but showing each of the agents names and the time on outbound calls.
Can anyone help with where i need to start?
