Outbound Ring no Answer setting

I have a 8710 on CM 3.0 using Map-D for CTI. We are using a application on our IR as an dialer and it uses CTI to place the call and to detect the result of the call. In other words The pbx detects busy, ring no answer etc. Currently It seems that the pbx is classifying ring no answer at 4 rings or 15 seconds. Does anyone know what setting I can change to increase the ring no answer on outbound calls ?
