Outbound Name Display

Hello.
On a CS1000M, I have a few PRI's and would like to publish the company name and on the second like display, send the DID for the the respecive staff.

Kindly let me know how to do to this.

build a clid table for your did's for key 1 wiht didn yes and another clid (0) for the key 0 dn's.. then assign the correct clid to each line.. key 1 scr 1999 1, shows clid table one.. i that is didn yes your sending the did from just that key.. your provider has to read that field.. service can be built to include your clid or filter it and just show a main billing number

In doing what you suggest, how will I show the users name for internal calls and the company name when calling partied outside the firm?

You tell local telco, your carrier, what you want displayed, is what John is saying for the NAME you want not just the number.

Telco has to provide the name display. Make didn yes to show the user's extension, so they will get the companie's name and BillyJoeJimBob's direct number
