I have a MICS 7.0

When we call out, the people we call see in their call display 'ABCD 999-999-9999' where ABCD is our company name, and the rest is our phone number.

I've been asked to get rid of the phone number part. My phone company says that since we use a PRI, that whole string is generated by the phone system.

Is there a way I can get rid of the phone number, so that when we call, people only see 'ABCD'?

Thanks

Most likely the CLOP is being generated by your Telco. You may be able to request that they do not send the digits. Some telcos allow customer generated CLOPs but there may be an additional fee because of the additional numbers that need to be added to the 911 database.

How do I look at the OLI programming under each set?

I wouldn't think business name and ten digit number would be there. I was thinking the business name is limited to ten characters total.

I still think jimcoo is going to find his telco PRI is sending the default BTN and name, and depending on the telco provider depends whether he gets them to allow him to provide the CLOP info. At that point his OLI and Business name can come into play.
