Our company is merging with another company and our name will change.
Currently, the outbound caller ID shows our main number (not individual DID numbers) and the current firm name. Is that firm name information coming from the switch or from our carrier? If from the switch, how do I go about changing that?
Also, we have our system set so that the firm name is displayed onscreen on idle phones. This was put in place when the system went in and I have never had to touch it (until now). I assume that this is a switch procedure change, but I have no idea how to change it.
This is on a 61C and an 11C.
