Outbound Caller ID on SIP trunks 2

I have SIP trunks set up through Comcast. They work inbound and outbound perfectly, but for the outbound caller ID. If I leave the URI as Use Credentials User Name for Local URI, Contact and Display Name, it simply shows the extension number, and 911 calls won't work and Comcast says they're only seeing 4 digits. If I add a 2nd URI and put * in for Local URI, Contact and Display Name and change the outbound group of the original to something random and make the outbound group of the new group the same as the outbound in the ARS it shows the BTN and 911 works. So, that's fine for now. But they really want to see individual DID numbers shown on outbound. What am I missing to make this happen? I have no problem doing this for a PRI, but am still relatively new at SIP trunks.

Thanks in advance.

Usually the first URIs should be "Use Internal Data" on all and then you have a second with all stars for routing from ICR.
Then you set the CLI in the users SIP tab.

I just recently discovered on R10 that the system sends out an users DID by default when the URI is set to any/any/any (the new setting to be used instead of */*/*) It seems the CLID can then be modified using S and Z in the dial string just as if you were using a PRI.
