Hello,

I'm only new to the system but am looking for help.

Can we report for calls originated at the agents station the phone number they dialled and how long the call was made for?

Any help would be appreciated.

Not sure what system you have, but you could try looking at the CDR output from the PBX. If you don't already have call accounting software, you could just hookup a printer and let the data feed to the printer. That's a good way for short term monitoring.
