I have one client that is setup the same as 60 other users, but this one will not sync with the Mail server 5.5. When you right click on the inbox(which is located on the sever)and select properties, it shows that there are 30 items in the in box on the server. When you send and receive, you get an error, can't sync in the Sycronise folder. I have deleted the outlook profile and recreated, unstalled and installed outlook 2003. When you use the web mail, all mail is there. I have tried everything I can think of.

I had a quick browse around Microsoft's support site and came across the following article:
This suggests that the client doesn't have sufficient permissions to perform the synchronisation. You may need to apply the latest service pack (I don't know if you have already or not). There is also a workaround suggested - changing the clients rights to the folder to include 'create' rights.
