I have a user that always uses her Out Of Office. It stopped working and we can't find out why. No one else in the office is having this problem. We are using Exchange 5.5, her OS is WIN XP Pro, and the version of office is 2002. I even build a profile on another machine and tried her email with no success so I am guessing it is server related.

Does it just not send a response?

If anyone calls and says "I know a little something about computers" just tell them to reformat it.

Yes, there is no reply with her message about being out

Any problem with Outlook you should run Detect and Repair first. See if she is over the limit to send messages. I am not sure if Out of Office requires message delivery space.

I will run the Detect and Repair and let you know. There is no limit on her mailbox so I know that is not it

Thanks

I ran the detect and repair with no luck. It still will not send a reply. I don't think it is something on her installation as I tried it on my computer with her profile and it did not work but when I use my name it works fine. What else could it be?
