out of hours announcement does not get played

Normally, we use one announcement for no answer and busy,
and a second announcement for out of hours. For the most
part, this works, but in the event of a holiday, or
sometimes when it is out of hours AND busy, we will get
the announcement used for busy and no answer.

How can I make it so that if it is out of hours or
a holiday (basically the operator puts the console
on night service and leaves it there) that I get the
out of hours announcement regardless?

Can you explain what you are using to play the announcement? Are you using VDNs and Vectors as part of a cover path, or are you using Auto Attendants in Audix...etc?
