Hi all,
Providing the line provider has clip enabled. Is there a way to send a number other than the main number or users ddi number? I know as default the system will send he main number and I can also programme the clip of the individual extension and send this to line but is there a table where I can choose the number to be sent. The scenario would be a ddi rings a hunt group of say 4 phones, now when any of those 4 phones make an outgoing call, the ddi number for the hunt group is sent and displayed rather than the main number or any of the individual ddi numbers. I was able to do this on Panasonic TD and TDA I was just wondering if such a feature was available on the LG ipldk and perhaps even the ipecs/ ucp.
Regards
Mark

Hi Jonah29

I have found using options 1 or 3 below to get the results you need. If option 1 doesn't work then use 3 before doing 2. Never really had to use option 2 or 4 before.

Sending CLI on the LDK – Option 1
Program DDIs as per normal - PGM 231 - Flex DDI, PGM 140 FK 1- Line Type DDI, PGM 143 FK 4 - Conversion Type 2.
PGM 114 FK 5 - Out Going CLI or COLP - Set as EXT (default)
PGM 114 FK 12 - Logical STA Number CLI - number to be sent. E.g. If extn 102 is to send 802 type in 802.
PGM 114 FK 14 - CLIR – OFF (default)
PGM 114 FK 15 - COLR – OFF (default)
PGM 143 FK 2 - CLIP Table Index - set as 01
PGM 143 FK 3 - Call Type - NATIONAL
PGM 201 - COLP Table. Enter The first three digits of the tele number. e.g. 259

01444 259 802
From Network In COLP Table Logical STA Number

Sending CLI on the LDK – Option 2
