Hello, hopefully this is a simple question, but I'm new to the phone system world, and so far this is the first hurdle I've come across...

So...What I am trying to do is setup a four digit DN on my i2004 phone, but there is a two digit DN that is on a paging trunk/route. Of course, the two digit DN is what my four digit dn starts with...so I would get SCH0371 -
Shorter directory number already exists.

How can I go about outing this DN (tried in ld 11, but can't use rdb as a type)? Or do I need to out the TN it is all associated with?

I could just skip it and use a different dn, but I'd like to keep my extension number from the phone I've had for almost 10 years now when moving to the nortel system.

Thanks

Many thanks bigindian! Made the chg in ld 16 and now I can assign the four digit DN.

This would only apply to people that were using that specific paging dn correct?

Before hand, I tried calling up that dn and just got a "release and try again" message. And I also disabled the TN earlier to see if I got an calls about it not working. So I think it was an used paging line from some previous users.
