OTM Web System Navigator

Hi All,

I am having a problem with OTM system navigator, I can see the node, site on the tree, but i cannot go down anymore levels, to see virtual terminal server, etc? I am logged in as admin and have all the rights by default,

Any help would be great,

Normally you would double click on your site name, then you get a system window double click here trhen you should have choices like telemanagement, list manager so on and so forth. Virtual terminal, if you mean the VT 220 emulation you need to get to a level around station administration (depending on issue) what looks like a monitor or a messed up alien robot on the tool bar to manually log in and use line item entries. Hope that helps a little.
