We are use OTM for a lot of our Moves, adds and changes.
I am thinking of going to Phonemaster ... and therefore looking for pros and cons... Opinions are welcome

Well Phonemaster is better suited to the less eduacated or experienced Nortel user as knowledge of the overlays or programming syntax is not needed. Would definitely suit a computer tech who has been handed the reigns of the PBX.
OTM has more system-wide functionality for programming routes, IDC tables etc. but you need to know your Nortel stuff.
If you are only using OTM for MACs then I would reckon Phonemaster would be the better option.

the only user i have that uses phonemaster, trashed his otm. he says phone master is the best he's ever seen. i don't use either, so he is the only "expert" on that question
