OTM TN change

See if anyone can help with this one. In OTM when I need to move a phone to a new LOOP I opent eh phone click on the TN field find the new TN and then sync it. Well it outs the phone first then trys to out the name and SCH's it. well guess what, if you out the phone then you out the name. So why hasn't there been a patch for that?

if you out the last appearence of a dn, load 95 doesn't have a folder to keep a name in.. otherwise all the names ever entered would fill all the mem.. can't help with otm problems, but at command line, mov 3903, frm to the to tn, 12 seconds and i can't type.. if you pick up a few command lines you'll find out thier not that bad

I got command down. Its just OTM is still not perfectbut what is.

This has always been a problem with MAT and OTM. The name portion isn't sync'ed with the DN information. Does it automatically try and out the name? When you change the TN in OTM what is the sync stat? name? What rls OTM? Have seen the "MOV" command used, don't use it myself, but must be cautious because this can corrupt data.

i do use mov but disu the set 1st, i've seen it cause one problem 10 years ago.. i don't do a mov or chg on any acd set..at times i need to do the mov for depts that are swapping desk, saves me time, one tech in the dept and one in the switchroom.. i've done as high as 60 in a day.. i've also used scripts to move an ipe to a new loop for maint, it does the disu, when it starts a card i begain to move the amp cable about half way through, that means i have 8 phones down at the most.. after hours i have moved all 16 cards off of an ipe that i needed to mov.. the mov loop cammand didn't work and would have put to many phones out at a time..hospital system, no good time to take it down
