OTM or something compatible

Can anyone recommend a CDR collecting software like OTM?
Connected to a Norstar MICS.
# of users range from 6 to 100 in different sites.
Some sites have PRI's and others straight copper.
Is there a minimum software release version which would be required to be installed on the Norstar?
Software that I currently have ranges from 4.1 to 6.1.
Also can someone reccomend a vendor.

cintech has a call accounting package
black box has ability to cover nation wide

I have a customer with Cintech's call accounting package. They are running MICS 2.0, so I don't believe there is a software version minimum requirement.
