OTM on Windows 2003

Is anyone running OTM 2.1 on Windows 2003 server? All the documents are find are old and our vendor is being kinda noncommital about it.

OTM 2.1 or 2.2 is not supported on Windows 2003. There is a new release of 3.0 which is not GR yet, that will run on Windows 2003.

I have found out it isn't supported. What I am looking for is if anyone actualy has it working since a 2003 server is all I can get right now.

I have had customers load it on 2003 and had lots of problems with it; CDR not collecting correctlly, and the list goes on.
