We have OTM 2.1 and we need to pull the station information from the pbx into the otm and overwrite the info in otm station information and cpnd database.

Do a retrieve all under stations then a reconcile and the same in CPND

It's only dialtone-VZ

Another way to do it is to do a global update, change sync status on all stations/CPND names to NEW and then delete them all from the OTM database, then do a station retrieve.

Sometimes if changes are done by the tty terminal, a retrieve will not overwrite the existing database.
