Hi all,

I am using OTM for MACD's within the office, however I have locked myself out, I restarted the server, it came up ok, was able to RDC into windows. Now when Im in windows and try to launch and login to OTM, it give me an error stating " Cant create OTMAuthentication Instance", then I click "OK" and then I get another error "Authentication: 8000401a". Can anyone give me some advise on this, the OTM software launches perfect, but when I login its craps out.
Let me know please!!

I would repair the OTM Programme/Software with the installation CD in the server, check your patches as the repair will take them out so you'll need to load tham back into the PatchUtility after reapaired

There are some other settings that maybe effecting ie Java and Apache Tomcat but this is specific to TM3.1 I beleive

Cheers!!

Cheers!!

I basically looked up the error codes I was recieving on google.com, and the first link direceted me to a previous Tek-tips.com forum. So from there, I read the instructions and the previous forum post solved my problem. Hope this helps, it was basically some configurations changes I made to the com+ utility in Admin tools within programs in windows server 2000.

:)
