OTM Inventoy problems

I have a option 11c with a total of 3 cabinets. When I generate an inventory report on sets my status changed from generating to idle almost instantly. A card file inventory has no problem working.

Any ideas?

go into ld 117 and see if you can generate sets manually. What version of OTM?

When I attempt to generate my sets i get a reply...

Generate set inventory
Started successfully

=>
MAT011 Inventory sets generation complete.

This process took about 15 seconds. Any ideas?

What do you get when you print the sets?

after you get the MAT011 message...you should do a INV PRT SETS...at this point your set should print out...if not, then you have a problem.

There's a file for set generation within PDT, I'll try to find out what that file name is...but on some system its not there or is corrupted.

I ran a inv generate all and I only have card data from my first cabinet not my second or third cabinet. All of my phones are in my second and third cabinet. Is there something I need to do to the pbx so the inventory will look past cabinet one?
