OTM fails to connect to PABXs

Hi,

We have a problem whereby we're unable to connect to our PABXs (various types Opt 11, Opt81 CS100S) using OTM.
The problem can be rectified by doing an Initialisation on any of the switches, however, the problem returns a few days later.
Our vendor has tried many patches without success so we're left running INIs everytime we want to get back onto each switch!!
The switches appear to be fine and remain on the network throughout, most have a mixture of IPT and TDM and we don't have any other issues.
The probelm seemed to occur after we upgraded to R4

did you change the site properties in otm to reflect that the systems are rls4??
