I have just taken over a 81c and the call records are still showing from last year, How do I get the current records to start showing up. I would like to start a monthly archieve of these records to cd. Any answers?
If didn't get this already; You need to do a CDR archive/purge in TelComm Billing to remove the older data. Select file,call DB,archive and then the dates. Always pick the previous month or go back 2 months as the end date. I would suggest the archive/purge monthly. OTM can crash.
