OTM and HP Openview integration

Hello
I am trying to integrate my OTM alarms into hp openview
The manual talks about an otm alarm integration package
is this a package on hp openview?
It also says to install 2 files otmstmon.exe and otmopenalarm.mib, I can't find these files in the otm software so I assume it is an hp openview software addon?

Did you look on the CD or in the PC for those files? Should be somewhere on PC.
