I have recently setup OTM. I am able to pull reports on all my calls except the ones to my main ACDs. I have spoken to our vendor and have been told that OTM can not pull the Q records created by ACD calls. Is this the case? Or is there a way to make this work? If not what options do I have?

OTM and ACD call details

I think ACD calls are reported against the ACID not the DN that you may have on key 3 or whatever; maybe thats what your vendor is missing? -Matt
