Does anyone know how to create new custome OTM reports?

What type of report do you want? What type of software would you use to create the report? Crystal.

Realy just looking to learn how to customise these reports, example would be remove the detail form the call analysis report and just have the sumarry.

I see there is an folder in the OTM for customized.

I Have OTM linked up to our Active Direcroty database. I am trying to pull information from Active Directory to OTM directory- how do you do this- other than by one record at a time. Also, because I already had PBX information in the system, now when I pull an active directory database record in, it's new or duplicated. How do I delete records from the OTM Directory? Thanks-
