OTM 2.02 Traffic Collection no longer working

I have noticed that our Traffic collection is no longer working. When I check in the traffic analysis under Traffic Data Collection I see:
Traffic Data Collection : 10:40 08/22/2005- Cancel

I have archived and purged my traffic data from July31 2005 on back.
Does anybody have any idea on what might be causing this problem?

How are you collecting the data from the switch? If through a buffer box, check that the configuration of the box allows the traffic collection.

My traffic collection is thru the PBX. OTM connects to the pbx and collects traffic data thru LD 02. I have noticed that OTM is loading overlay 2 and tfs000 starting system traffic collection them a few seconds later tfs999 finished system traffic collection. I do not see any messages that OTM is pulling traffic.

Do you use DBA? Go into LD 2 and enter TSHS, that will tell you the schedule for system reports, The TSHC 0, Customer reports.

I do not use DBA.

Bring up the Data buffering & Access window. Click on proerties to confirm that all the information is correct. Also go into the site then traffic and confirm all the information there. If that does not work. Stop and restart the Data Buffering.
