Other Virtualization Options?

To all you Virtualization Gurus out there:

I've never actually been a big fan of VPC (or Microsoft products in general), so in order the avoid VPC and the high cost of VMware, I've been playing around w/ the Beta version of Parallels Workstation 2.1 over the last couple weeks, and being on the Parallels e-mail list, I was informed today that the final product was released this morning. Has anyone else tried the Beta version? I think I'm gonna have to give the GA version a shot at only 49 bucks. It beats paying $200 for VMware. Anyways, you can download trial version of 2.1 at
