OT: experience w/ intersystems' cachE?

There are forces in our company pushing to switch to cachE both for political and technical reasons. The cachE salespeople are quite adept at showing how cache can do with relative ease things that are difficult to do in oracle. I'd like to get both sides of the picture -- does anyone have experience with cache? Specifically, what kinds of things are easy to do in oracle/traditional RDBMS, but difficult in cachE?
