OSV Unmatured calls calls disconnection delay

Dear Friends
I am facing an issue with OSV call .
If I dial an external number from desk phone and teminated the call.
The external called number continue ringing for 20 seconds.
This is teh delay in disconnection of un matured call.
I want to know where can we adjust the timing parameter in OSV V10
