I would like to add a OSN key to my VOIP phone to be alerted when someone in the VOIP network calls 911. What do I need to do to add this feature on my VOIP phone?

911 NOTIFICATION ON PHONESET & TTY
LD 24
REQ: new
TYPE: ESA
CUST: 0
ESDN: 911 (Emergency Service DN to call)
ESRT: x (whatever route you want the call to go out on)
DDGT: 911 (Dialed Digits)
OSDN: On-Site Notification DN

The OSDN can only be a single appearance DN on any 1 set: key xx OSN

TTY USER = MTC (Hist file too)

I don't think you can add an OSN key to a Virtual set, which includes VoIP sets.

I found out how to do it. On a VOIP set you have to put VOLD in the class of service. Then add the OSN key to the set. This will work on ACD / VOIP sets. After the OSN key is set you can add the ext to the osdn field in LD 24. Thanks for all the help.
