Original Apple Cores - Trivia Question

Hi There, I'm currently working on a trivia contest and I'm hoping someone in this forum can help me.

The trivia question is "The original designation of cores of apples per Motorola"?

I'm afraid I don't know much about computer hardware, but Tek-Tips has helped me solve a lot of other computer questions in the past so I figured someone here could help me with this one.
