oracle to sql using DTS

I am having a problem using DTS to import data from an oracle database to sql. It does work when you import to MSAccess, then to sql but not directly. I am getting the following error (I can preview the first 100 records and it works, however after it deletes the table and goes to reload it, it errors)
[oracle][ODBC][rdb]%SQL-F-CURNOTOPE,cursor SQL_CUR38BF7E0 is not opened
