I'm running oracle 8.1.7 on Windows 2000. I need to find out what what size the SGA is. Any ideas ???

A few ways:

Connect as a DBA (sys, system) and execute "SQL> show sga"
Look in your ALERT<sid>.ora file "Helping others to help themselves..."
