Hi All:
After installing BO desktop client, while trying to login it is giving "Server Error (USR00057)". The error.pdf file doesn't give much information (in fact it talks about WebI!!). On clicking the details button the message says there is problem with Oracle OCI. I checked the tnsnames,sqlnet files. Used correct .key, .sbo files (from a m/c where BO is working fine). Still am not able to get to the exact cause of the error.
Can anyone let me know possible causes/remedies for this one???
