Oracle FailSafe 3.1.1 and MS W2003 server - compatibility 1

We have Oracle 8.1.7 and FailSafe 3.1.1 and want to
upgrade the OS to Windows 2003 Enterprise Edition
in order to add nodes to the cluster.
Will they be compatible?

Metalink says Oracle Server 9.2 and Failsafe 3.3.2 or above only for MS Windows 2003
