Optivity NMS 10.0 Fault summary

Fault summary (client or web) does not auto update new faults or changes to existing faults. Only when i manually refresh fault summary does it show the updates. I have fault preferences - options - auto update selected but does not function as such.

Anyone exprienced this problem? Does anyone use 10.0?? Any ideas??
