Optivity and ressource kit

I get the error "can not find the resource kit" when I attempt to install optivity nms 10.1 on 2000 server but the resource kit for windows 2000 server is well installed!!

Which resource kit??????
There is a warning in the release notes/install notes about which server resource kit to employ.

Now I have installed ressorce kit without supplement one and it works.
But i have another problem i have installed oracle 8.1.7 and when i want to install optivity 10.1 I get the error "The Connection to svrmgrl.exe failed" and the installatin abort.

Please make sure that you have svrmgrl.exe under %ORACLE_HOME%/bin. If you have this executable, make sure you are providing the currect %ORACLE_HOME% location to install program. After providing the above info , still does not work , then you may need to reinstall the ORACLE.

Kindly Mr.amins tell me how u install the Resource KIT , I have the same problem , when i start installing getting the same message for Resource KIT
