Options other than CFFILE for Uploading files?

The admin of the server I'm currently using has disabled the CFFILE tag for security reasons, and will not allow any Third-Party tags to be added as well.
Problem is, I need to upload files to the server via the browser, and I don't know of another way to get ColdFusion to do it. I've looked at some Perl scripts, but would like to keep it all in CF if possible.
Anybody have any suggestions, or ideas?
