I usually run SFC after each install. I edit the log file and enter the name of the program I installed, upgraded or uninstalled. Each time, if there are files that are deleted, SFC waits until it encounters the first deleted file and then asks me to restore, update the verification list, or update the verification list for ALL deleted files. The same goes for files changed.
Many times, I'd just like to update all files, but must wait until SFC encounters the first file deleted or updated before I can turn that option on.
Was wondering if there is a command line option you could add when you run SFC to just do it, i.e., bypass all that and set it to run thru the list upgrading as it goes.
Checked the but don't find anything.
