Option not available to export from Access 97 to Excel

I have come across a problem, whereby one particular machine within the organisation does not have the option to export to excel from access. I thought that the option might not have been installed, so I tried altering the setup but to no avail.

I then uninstalled booted then reinstalled the entire microsoft office 97 package and the same problem remains. All other machines in the organisation do this perfectly.

Can somebody tell me what's wrong and how I can fix it???

You need to have (I believe) ISAM drivers installed. When you install, are you choosing to install all filters and converters? Typical installs don't include them, I don't think.

Thanks for your reply, but that's the worrying thing I had installed all filters correctly, that's the reason I am asking for help! This is very strange, do you have any other ideas? Kind Regards,
