Option Groups

I was wondering if there is any way to do this...
I want to have an option group with four options
1) 4 Pole
2) 8 Pole
3) 12 Pole
4) 16 Pole

The option group is bound to a table. When an option is clicked, it will display the corresponding value in the field of the table.

How would I do this without using any code?
