We currently have a SIP trunk group (Route 99/Zone 99) to allow office to office dialing via 4 digit SIP. We are working with a VOIP/SIP voice provider so we may receive inbound calls from customers over a new VOIP/SIP circuit.
I have completed the the new VOIP programming (Route 98/Zone 98).
Inbound works just fine so long as their are available trunk members in Route 98/Zone 98. The issue is that whenever someone dials office-to-office via the (Route 99/Zone 99) SIP trunk group, they use the trunk member contained in (Route 98/Zone 98) first. Why is this happening? Isn't the SIP trunk group and VOIP trunk group technically seperate from each other considering they are built in different routes?
