Option 11C - No Dial Tone on 500 Sets

Have done a lot of rework on several phone systems (SSC cards and daughterboards changed, databases restored from archives, etc.) over the past weekend, and have one remaining trouble:

On one system, all fax machines can receive faxes, but none has a dialtone, and none can dial out.

Ideas??

Have you checked your DTR's OR XTD's etc?.

Hate to admit it, but not sure where receivers are located on these small systems. Am guessing that they must be part of the SSC, since there are only peripheral cards other than the SSC?

I did load the database for this system on a spare SSC, so that might be an issue.

Try LD 20 to list them out, but to configure them in LD 13. The TN's should be something like 0 0, 0 1 to 0 7 etc.
